What You'll Do:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, assess, and address critical leadership development needs across multiple organizations and geographies, recommending solutions to enhance leader capability, engagement, culture, and performance
- Design and manage complex leadership development curricula that aligns with organizational goals and values to drive meaningful behavior change and measurable business impact
- Incorporate innovative approaches, tools, and technologies (e.g., experiential learning, executive roundtables, e-learning, immersive simulations) to deliver impactful learning experiences
- Lead data-driven decision making by establishing metrics, analyzing outcomes, and continuously improving program effectiveness
- Influence strategic direction of leadership development initiatives through compelling narratives and evidence-based recommendations
- Architect end-to-end learning experiences that transform leadership capabilities before, during, and after formal training interventions while standardizing best practices that scale across the organization

About the team
The Leadership Institute is a global team of Leadership Development Business Partners aligned with each business vertical of Selling Partner Services (SPS). SPS is a 42k global organization whose mission is to enable the long-term success of our selling partners by providing the most trusted shopping and selling experience and by providing powerful solutions for accelerating our selling partners’ business growth.
The Leadership Institute sits within a cross-functional PXT team combining product engineering capabilities, program management, communications, instructional designers, dedicated data analytics and research resources, and HR Business Partners that partner in providing central support to SPS. We are collectively driven by our mission statement: "We elevate our people-focused culture, driven meaningful business impact, and enable exceptional leadership by leveraging innovative and scalable people solutions."
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning, Learning & Development, HR or a related discipline- Experience in stakeholder management, including influencing executive level global leaders
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience conceptualizing and delivering programs for large, cross-functional, global teams, using data and metrics to measure impact, provide insights, and drive improvements
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in organizational design- Professional credentialing from the International Coaching Federation (e.g., ACC, PCC, or MCC)
- Bachelor's degree in organizational psychology or equivalent
- Tool Certifications (Hogan, DiSC, EQi, Leadership Architect, MBTI, OCI, etc.)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
