Position Responsibilities:
Invent, design and implement engineering solutions using AutoCAD to complex material flow/ machine efficiency problems throughout the supply chain. Coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the fulfillment (warehousing) network through equipment specification, material flow, process design, site layout and intellectual property considerations. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time. Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks effectively influencing, negotiating and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors. Develop and deliver high performance fulfillment and transportation systems. Lead and coordinate concept and design development efforts for optimal solutions for the North America fulfillment network through equipment specification, material flow, process design, ergonomics, associate experience, operational considerations and site layout. Work closely with vendors, suppliers and other teams to execute solutions. Regularly communicate with senior management on status, risks and change control. Coordinate between various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. Work with business and technology teams to define requirements and high level process/systems solutions. Prioritize high impact projects, obtain approval from relevant functional leaders, and schedule resources.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $144,477/year to $178,800/year.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and CAD software; (2) experience with complex Material Handling Equipment (MHE); (3) experience with packaging lines or process design based on Lean Manufacturing or Toyota Manufacturing System; (4) experience with forecasting, planning, optimization and supply chain logistics; and (5) technical leadership for large-scale engineering design projects and directing cross-functional teams. Domestic and/or international travel up to 75% to perform role responsibilities may be required. 100% telecommuting permitted, work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.#0000
