About the Role
Join Twitch’s Platforms and Services Team as the Identity Product Manager and help shape the future of our identity experiences and services. This role is crucial in balancing growth with security by driving the creation and management of seamless, secure user authentication and account systems that scale globally. Your work will directly impact how users connect to Twitch, fostering trust while supporting innovation.
You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams to deliver delightful registration and authentication experiences, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and usability. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, user focus, and strategic leadership to create tools that support both internal teams and our growing global audience.

You Will
- Define and own the vision and strategy for Twitch’s identity experiences, including registration and authentication.
- Craft seamless, secure, and scalable user flows that balance growth with the safety of our global user base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, legal, and business partners, to develop roadmaps and deliver impactful features.
- Prioritize and manage a product backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and iterate on solutions, driving measurable improvements in account security and user experience.
- Advocate for users by understanding their needs and aligning them with Twitch’s mission of trust and innovation.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience- Expertise in user authentication, data security, and privacy best practices.
- A proven track record of launching and scaling products that prioritize both security and usability.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Extended Qualifications
- Experience building and leading a high-performing team of product managers.- Experience in building and managing data-enabled products.
- Experience building platforms or integrating operational and data systems, particularly data systems that deal with streaming data or large-scale data aggregation.
- Experience working closely with Senior and C-level executives to develop product strategy.
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
