Description

This role will support three PXT Vice Presidents (VPs) and various Directors. Given the role complexity and scale, we are only considering existing L7s at this moment and this role will need to be in Seattle. This HR Leader will partner with key executive members within the Senior Talent and Transformation (STT), which includes Executive Comp, Executive Talent Management, Executive and Specialty Recruiting, product, engineering, science and much more. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives, influencing and collaborating PXT professional at all levels, as well as being a part of the PXT HR team.

We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of HR strategies impacting various PXT organizations. The Principal HRBP must be able to work independently with AI assistance, establish and execute long and short-term human capital strategies and making tradeoffs where necessary, while taking a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You'll need excellent written communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous AI environment. You'll need strong analytic skills and the ability to translate your clients’ business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed for the future workforce. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, capability, and the employee experience. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving global initiatives and projects, such as workforce planning, org design, location strategy, three-year operating plans (3YOPs), employee relations, and an AI enabled culture. Key job responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support the business growth while maintaining an engaging, respectful and fun work environment

• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management and skills assessment and development

• Uses data and org health metrics to make decisions and keep leadership informed

• Partner with the central HR Partner organization to effectively enable managers, address various employee relations issues, and drive results for the organization

• Lead or contribute to various cross-team and/or cross-organizational PXT projects

• Start your morning collaborating with executive leaders on strategic workforce planning

• Partner with recruitment to design innovative hiring strategies for critical roles

• Attend a Product review to deepen understanding of the longer-term vision and the talent levers needed to achieve it

• Coach leaders through organizational changes and growth opportunities

• Analyze attrition and engagement data to develop targeted retention initiatives

• Lead an internal discussion session on how AI tools can drive business impact for Product Managers and Designers

• Drive inclusive leadership practices through team development sessions

• Shape compensation strategies that reward excellence and innovation

Owning and Leading projects within your remit but also at your manager’s and skip-level’s remit.



Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization

- Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching

- Experience in technical support work, engineering, or an operations environment

- -10+ years’ work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including, performance management, change management, and employee experience.



Extended Qualifications

- Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience in guiding, training and mentoring others

- Can work in a fast-paced, team environment

- Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities

- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

- Experience leading and influencing your team or organization, or experience managing teams

- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data

- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects

- Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint

- Master's degree or above

- -Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
