Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR leader to become an integral part of the Core Services leadership team, working across our unique business units to deliver an exceptional manager experience for both Devices & Services and Artificial General Intelligence.This role is a global HR leadership position focused on strategy and execution. You will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness for managers in multiple businesses. You will look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience. We are seeking someone who can partner effectively with business leaders at all levels, possesses communication skills, demonstrates business acumen, and works effectively across multiple geographies. You will be the champion of Amazon's culture and values, partnering with your clients to help them build customer obsessed teams. This role will develop and lead a business-aligned HR partner team. It will also work closely with AADA (AIGC, AGI, D&S and AWS) People Experience, and central PXT teams to drive key initiatives and projects. This leadership role is essential, enabling us to scale our impact across these diverse businesses, and importantly deliver the best experience for our people managers so they in turn can support their employees to thrive.
Key job responsibilities
• Engage, coach, and develop HR partners
• Lead and implement change management
• Partner with PXT team members and business leadership to create and execute key people initiatives across a broad range of HR functional areas and geographies
• Drive the implementation of long-term strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the manager experience and manager capability
• Collaborate with central and global PXT teams to innovate and elevate manager-facing products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering significant improvements
• Work with the business to drive actions based on manager insights to have broad impact
• Lead goals across Devices and Services, AGI, AWS, and AIGC businesses to improve HRP experience, impact, and efficiency
• Act as single-threaded leader and owner for an HRP business aligned team

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree• 10+ years in an HR leadership role
• Experience working in a high-tech environment supporting large businesses experience
• Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders
• Analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Extended Qualifications
• Experience leading a global HR organization• Experience in global labor relations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $153,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $253,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
