North America Stores (NAS) is looking for a solution focused, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Principal HR Business Partner to support clients in the NA Seller Services Business. NAS is a dynamic, global organization, focused on delivering exceptional customer experience through innovative technology. In this position, you will partner with Leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and foster people effectiveness for their respective groups. The Principal, HRBP must be able to work independently, establish and execute long and short-term people strategies while taking a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You'll need excellent communication (verbal & written), professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. You'll need strong analytic skills and the ability to translate your clients' business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed to deliver results. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, capability, and employee experience. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving global initiatives and projects, such as workforce planning, org design, employee relations and culture.

Key job responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support business growth while maintaining an engaging, respectful and fun work environment.

• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and skills assessment and development.

• Coach business partners in career development, leadership and management practices.

• Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions to deliver results and sustain a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow.

• Analyze business metrics and recommend systemic improvements.

• Partner with the business to lead talent reviews, focused on succession planning, employee growth and development and organizational health priorities.

• Use data and org health metrics to make decisions and keep leadership informed

• Partner with the central HR Partner organization to effectively enable managers, address various employee relations issues, and drive results for the organization.

• Lead or contribute to various cross-team and/or cross-organizational NAS PXT projects/goals.



Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field

- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives

- Experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills

- Experience using MS Office tools and HR Information Systems

- - 5+ years’ work experience in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role including performance management, change management, and employee communications

- - Experience with business and technology teams and a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment

- - Experience in utilizing and building AI based applications within HR and for client use cases.

- - Experience in the development and administration of HR programs

- - Experience in assessing management and executive talent

- - Excellent presentation skills

- - A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement

- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
