Description
Amazon Gaming is seeking a Head of Business Planning and Operations to lead strategic and operational planning across our gaming platform, and monetization initiatives. This leader will drive the rhythm of the business, long-range planning, investment prioritization, and performance insights to help Amazon Gaming scale into a global gaming leader.About the team
The Amazon Prime Gaming team is leveraging the power of the cloud to enable customers to experience the rich and immersive world of gaming on all of their existing devices. It represents an exciting and truly new product and business, with a high degree of innovation, and an opportunity to reach a large volume of passionate customers. The Gen AI & Strategic Initiatives team is a cross-functional team pioneering AI-powered features that elevate gameplay and drive player engagement in exciting new ways. This team works at the intersection of cloud gaming, AI, and interactive entertainment, building experiences that will change how games are played, developed, and enjoyed by millions.
Qualifications
- MBA- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- 6+ years experience in Gaming industry

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
