Description
The Prime Air Electric Propulsion team is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Test Engineer with strong background in test automation, hardware/software integration, and electric powertrain systems. The engineer will design and develop automated test solutions for drone components, build scalable test frameworks, and lead validation efforts.Here at Amazon, we embrace our differences. Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include
- Developing Python-based tools for system validation and automation
- Creating automated test frameworks for integrated hardware/software devices
- Leveraging AWS cloud services for test infrastructure
- Writing Bash scripts for test workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields- Experience with test plan development, building the necessary test bench infrastructure, developing tests and verifying the design
- Experience with AWS or cloud technologies
- Experience with Python for scripting, automation, and test development
- Experience with hardware/software integration and validation
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in embedded wireless systems, or experience with general troubleshooting/debugging of hardware- Experience with Bash scripting
- Familiarity with system architecture, hardware selection tradeoff analysis, and integration planning
- Experience troubleshooting mixed hardware/software failures in development or production environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
