Key job responsibilities

You will work with healthcare providers and healthtech companies in both the private and public sectors, interacting at the executive level (CxO/VP) regarding technologies and solutions used across the healthcare delivery ecosystem. You will think strategically and analytically about clinical, operational, and technical challenges, while building and conveying compelling value propositions for cloud-based healthcare solutions.

Your role will involve working cross-organizationally to build consensus and drive innovation in areas such as patient care, clinical workflows, and health informatics. You will lead and manage multiple complex initiatives across both technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet business objectives of healthcare organizations. This requires a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare provider and healthtech industry ecosystems.

Key responsibilities include:

Helping healthcare providers and healthtech companies transform their operations and patient care delivery using cloud technologies.

Developing strategies to improve electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, clinical decision support systems, and patient engagement tools.

Addressing industry-specific challenges such as interoperability, data security, and regulatory compliance.

Driving adoption of innovative technologies that enhance clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and patient experience.

Your expertise will be crucial in guiding healthcare organizations through their digital transformation journey, always with a focus on improving patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

- 5+ years of professional or military experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules



Extended Qualifications

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
