Join AWS as our Senior GenAI GTM Partner Specialist for Startups!We're seeking a dynamic leader to drive our GenAI partnership strategy for startups. This role connects AWS's startup initiatives with our expanding AI capabilities, helping emerging companies build transformative solutions with AWS's AI services.
You'll work directly with the most promising AI startups, helping them leverage AWS's comprehensive AI platform to develop innovative solutions. This isn't just about technology adoption - it's about being a strategic advisor who helps define the future of AI innovation through our startup community.
Your impact will extend beyond individual partnerships - you'll help create programs that scale our ability to support Data & AI startups, work with our venture capital partners, and build pathways for startup success on AWS. You'll be instrumental in identifying and nurturing the next generation of AI leaders while helping them accelerate their growth journey.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will be the bridge between AWS's AI capabilities and ambitious startups. You'll work closely with the AWS Startup team to identify, engage, and enable high-potential AI startups, helping them build and scale their solutions on AWS. Working in close alignment with our Startup sales and partner management organizations, you'll develop and execute strategies that accelerate startup adoption of AWS AI services while creating scalable programs that support their growth journey. A key focus will be aligning promising startups with AWS's broader Data & AI strategy and creating repeatable models for startup success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate GenAI adoption across startup partners
• Develop and execute comprehensive startup enablement programs focused on AI/ML services
• Create and manage startup-specific programs for early-stage AI companies
• Collaborate with AWS Startup sales and partner management teams to identify and engage high-potential AI startups
• Build relationships with venture capital firms and startup accelerators
• Design and implement technical and business enablement programs for AI startups
• Create scalable programs that can be leveraged across the startup organization
• Align startup initiatives with AWS's Data & AI strategy to drive mutual growth
• Work with AWS service teams to align startup requirements with product development
• Create startup-focused content, training materials, and go-to-market resources
• Lead strategic startup engagements and support their growth on AWS
• Build and execute programs that help startups scale effectively on AWS

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of experience in cloud, AI, or related fields
- Proven track record of developing and executing partner-focused programs
- Experience in partner enablement and go-to-market strategy development
Extended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field- Deep understanding of enterprise data and AI platforms and AWS AI/ML services
- Direct experience working with technology startups, either as a founder, employee, or in a startup-facing role
- Experience in startup acceleration programs, incubators, or venture capital environments
- Experience building and scaling strategic alliance programs in competitive environments
- Strong track record of developing successful co-sell motions and partner programs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive-level audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Track record of successful collaboration with Partner Development organizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
