Description
Are you passionate about building successful technology partnerships in the data and AI space? We're looking for someone who excels at turning partnership opportunities into compelling go-to-market programs. As our Senior Partner GTM Specialist - 3P, you'll work closely with Partner Development teams to implement and execute programs that maximize the value of our most strategic data and AI partnerships.This isn't just another partnership role - it's an opportunity to contribute to how AWS approaches strategic technology alliances in the data and AI space. You'll help define how leading third-party data and AI platforms complement and enhance AWS's own services, creating comprehensive solutions that deliver maximum value to customers. Working with Partner Development teams, you'll implement enablement programs that showcase the unique value proposition of each partnership while maintaining alignment with AWS's broader Data & AI strategy.
In this role, you'll focus on building successful co-existence and integration models between AWS services and third-party platforms. You'll help customers understand when and how to leverage both AWS and partner technologies to achieve their business objectives. Working alongside Partner Development teams, you'll implement go-to-market strategies that highlight the complementary strengths of our combined offerings, turning potential competition into collaboration opportunities.
Key job responsibilities
You will contribute to AWS's strategy for partnerships with leading third-party data and AI platforms, creating go-to-market motions that drive mutual growth. A key focus will be helping to position these platforms within AWS's broader Data & AI portfolio, identifying opportunities where partner capabilities complement AWS services to deliver comprehensive customer solutions. Working closely with Partner Development teams, you'll help design and implement programs that enable these strategic partners to succeed within the AWS ecosystem while maintaining clear value differentiation.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Collaborate with Partner Development teams to design and execute comprehensive partner GTM strategies
• Define and implement how third-party platforms integrate into AWS's Data & AI strategy
• Create innovative co-selling motions that leverage the strengths of both AWS and partner offerings
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic data and AI platform partners
• Develop differentiated value propositions that position partner solutions effectively alongside AWS services
• Contribute to field enablement programs for partner solutions and co-sell motions
• Analyze competitive dynamics and market opportunities to inform partnership strategies
• Influence AWS product strategy based on partner and market insights
• Work with Partner Development to establish success metrics and track partner progress
• Define and execute partner investment strategies and prioritization frameworks

Qualifications
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Extended Qualifications
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field- • Deep understanding of enterprise data and AI platforms and AWS AI/ML services
- • Experience building and scaling strategic alliance programs, particularly in competitive environments
- • Strong track record of developing successful co-sell motions and partner programs
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive-level audiences
- • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- • Understanding of enterprise software licensing and commercial models
- • Track record of successful collaboration with Partner Development organizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
