Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be the trusted finance partner for multiple Amazon Robotics fulfillment center locations supporting operational and functional leaders. • Utilizing solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders throughout Amazon which may have global impact
• Create effective business partnership, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events
• Communicate data effectively (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting your style based on audience, to articulate complex finance issues through actively listening to feedback
• Collecting and analyzing quantitative data to develop relevant reports leading to cost reductions
• Take part in hiring, developing, and mentoring activities where you can leverage your diverse perspectives to see out candidates who will raise the bar in the role
• Proactively identify opportunities to resolve finance defects through improvement, scalability, or simplification of finance tools across teams and organizations.
• Contribute to work life harmony by becoming a positive, collaborative, and effective influence to new team members as an indicator of operations excellence
• Required travel 20% of the role

You'll work alongside your Ops and Support teams to help make Amazon the Earth’s Best Employer: Production meetings, labor planning, business reviews and data driven analysis will encompass your days. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)- 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
