Description
The Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our team in either Seattle, WA, Austin, TX or Arlington, VA.Executive Assistants at Amazon provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports and handle budget tracking
- Process invoices and manage vendor relationships
- Organize and maintain confidential files and documents
Communication Management:
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
Event Planning:
- Organize team meetings, off-sites, and corporate events
- Coordinate logistics for large-scale meetings and conferences
- Manage catering, venue selection, and technical requirements
Core Competencies:

Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Extended Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
