Description
The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization seeks an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic, high-growth environment supporting two Directors within our Fulfillment Optimization team in Bellevue, Washington. This is a 5-day in-office role.You'll be part of a team that drives customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through customer Promise and innovative fulfillment network solutions. Our team makes delivery Promises we can keep and orchestrates order fulfillment initiatives - optimizing everything efficiently selecting the packaging and fulfilling millions of customer orders, optimizing for cost, space, and other constraints while maintaining the highest service levels for our customers. This strategic work is fundamental to both creating and delivering on our customer promises.
As Executive Assistant, you'll serve as a trusted partner handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Your role encompasses managing calendar systems, orchestrating events across various scales, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll be instrumental in fostering a collaborative team culture and building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company- Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
