Do you believe that details matter and want to support a highly engaged team?We are looking for an exceptionally bright, well organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support two Directors and become part of our Seller Fulfillment Services Team here in Bellevue, WA.
We are seeking a driven, bright, and motivated individual with a history of high performance to support our organization. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests.
A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with leaders (at and outside Amazon) is important, as is the ability to be flexible and change direction seamlessly. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and want to take on varied and exciting new projects and learn new skills. You’ll need to take effective action without having to know the total picture, and efficiently and proactively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the department or other related groups.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
• Plan and Manage executive domestic and international travel
• Manage timely expense report coordination and submission
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
• Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Act as a liaison for direct reports
• Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
• High judgment and decision making in an ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Key job responsibilities
Minimum five years providing executive support in fast environments, advanced Microsoft Outlook knowledge, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, domestic and international travel coordination experience, space planning experience, Bachelor's degree (minimum high school diploma accepted), demonstrated confidential information handling with integrity and discretion, professional relationship management experience, travel booking experience including visa acquisition, and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Positive and proactive work approach, grace under pressure with gear-switching capability, independent administrative detail handling with sound business judgment, ability to utilize sound business judgment, and exceptional communication skills across all mediums.
A day in the life
The MMPO (Middle Mile Planning and Optimization) team at Amazon is responsible for optimizing the middle-mile transportation network, focusing on route planning, network optimization, capacity management, and scheduling for Sort Center to Delivery Station operations. The team develops tools and collaborates with global tech teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery speed. This is a large team with many moving parts, requiring an Executive Assistant who can manage two L8 leaders' calendars with significant scope while staying agile and finding ways to make them more efficient and effective in their roles.
This Executive Assistant position demands someone comfortable with constant change and complex stakeholder coordination across a distributed team. The ideal candidate will excel at proactive problem-solving, bringing structure to a dynamic environment, and managing calendars around senior leaders with constrained availability. Success in this role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to identify process improvements that enhance leadership effectiveness across a fast-paced, high-impact organization.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience- High school or equivalent diploma

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
