Description
The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support three L8s on the AIR team in Seattle, Washington.AIR is a new team that will be developing a new class of robots for Amazon.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- High school or equivalent diploma
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Extended Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
