Description
Join a dynamic team at Amazon as an Executive Assistant where you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders while managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative operations. This role offers exposure to high-impact business initiatives and the chance to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organizations.Key job responsibilities
- Maintain and manage multiple complex calendars for senior leadership, ensuring efficient time management and minimizing conflicts.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing and distributing meeting materials, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Manage inbox and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate team events and staff meetings
- Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless administrative operations
About the team
You will report to the Director of State & Local Tax and support a team of 90 professionals in Seattle, Arlington, and Hyderabad. You will also be joining a collaborative team of Executive Assistants within Tax who support senior leaders across the organization. We work together to ensure smooth operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience- Experience with executive level calendar management
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of operations
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market.
