Description
Global Real Estate and Facilities is looking for an Executive Assistant to work in a fast-paced, high-impact, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone who is bright and motivated with a proven history of high performance.A good sense of humor is critical in this role, as is flexibility. It’s a busy work place and you'll need to possess the skills to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, have the business acumen to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, and be comfortable enough with ambiguity to be able to take effective action without having to know the complete picture. You will be self-driven, able to work with minimal oversight and guidance. A high level of diplomacy, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information is essential, as is the ability to turn on a dime, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver high-quality results without knowing the whole picture. This is a high visibility leadership role.
This is a demanding but highly rewarding role, allowing you exposure to broad and diverse areas of the Amazon business and to work with senior leadership teams on a multitude of exciting tasks. This role requires five (5) days in office/week.
Key job responsibilities
• Work in partnership with senior leaders, functional business partners, and other EAs to provide seamless support to the organization.
• Proactively manage executive calendars with accuracy, attention to detail, and proper allocation of time to promote productivity and recognize the need to reprioritize as appropriate.
• Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team.
• Organize and manage meetings, events, off-sites, and team-based programmatic events.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, ensuring effective use of time and resources, for the leadership team.
• Support the annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles.
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on timelines.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company- Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
