Description
Amazon is seeking a dedicated, self-driven Executive Assistant with strong communication skills to support Directors within the Tax team. The position is located in our Seattle office, but support will be provided to directors in London, Arlington, VA, Singapore and Brisbane, Australia. You will have experience with calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, large internal team meeting and leadership meeting coordination. This role requires exceptional planning, time management and a passion for organization. High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams is critical. You will have a strong bias for action and the ability to think strategically, while proactively anticipating needs. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism dealing with senior executives is expected of this role.This role requires five (5) days in office.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for teams in multiple locations and time zones
- Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs, document distribution
- Coordinate domestic and numerous international travel itineraries
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items in a timely manner
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders and vendors,
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all hands, off-sites, and other team events)
- Partner closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and other Executive Assistants to provide holistic support to the organization

Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company- Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
