Description
As an ATS Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing operational support for our hiring Action Tracking System (ATS) to Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and Delivery Associates (DAs). You will serve as the primary point of contact for system support and Managed Services, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), creating and delivering training content, offering product support to DSPs, measuring and tracking ATS metrics and managing various program-related tasks. You will be responsible for the daily execution of Managed Services tasks, system provisioning, and validating DSP access to the ATS.
In this position, you will work closely with internal Amazon stakeholders, DSPs, and third-party ATS vendor contacts, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders involved. Your ability to influence stakeholders and leaders through clear communication will be essential, as you will be expected to ensure timely resolution of customer issues while focusing on DSP satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this role should be adept at problem-solving, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your work will be critical in supporting DSPs hiring of Delivery Associates for our delivery network and maintaining the effectiveness of our ATS.
Key job responsibilities
- Provide operational support for the Action Tracking System (ATS)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system support and Managed Services procedures (SOPs)
- Create and deliver training content for ATS users
- Offer product support to Delivery Service Providers (DSPs)
- Manage various program-related tasks
- Project Management of small independent projects
- Execute daily Managed Services tasks
- Handle system provisioning and validate DSP access to the ATS
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with various teams to improve ATS functionality and user experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional or military experience- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
