3. Provide strategic oversight of $40M+ consultant/vendor portfolio including DOL reporting

4. Establish financial governance frameworks that enable frugality without constraining strategic agility

II. Executive Deliverables & Strategic Communications

3. Architect communications strategies for organizational changes, transitions, and strategic initiatives

4. Manage EXR's brand presence and messaging architecture across all teams

2. Drive workforce planning aligned to gearing ratios and business growth trajectories

3. Lead onboarding standards, career progression frameworks, and growth conversation mechanisms

4. Build and scale leadership capability through enterprise learning programs (ER 101/201, Amazon Ownership Experience, GOLD integrations and more)

5. Design learning solutions for executive audiences (L10+) with measurable outcomes and cascading timelines

IV. Cross-EXR Program Delivery & Technology Integration

1. Provide enterprise PMO capacity for EXR LT initiatives β€” ensuring cross-functional alignment, dependency management, and delivery

2. Serve as the strategic conduit between EXR and technology teams (Aerial platform, ER Risk Framework, AI-powered tools) translating business requirements into technical roadmaps

3. Coordinate BizOps leads across all 10+ EXR director-led organizations

4. Lead change management consultation at the organizational level for strategic initiatives and transitions
