The newly formed Agentic AI Professional Services Experience team (APEX) is a collaborative group dedicated to pioneering agentic AI-driven professional services. Our vision is to redefine how organizations integrate artificial intelligence into their strategic planning and operational processes. Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in user experience design and development

- Experience in designing human-centered AI systems and interfaces

- Experience with human-agent interaction models and principles

- Experience with AI prototyping tools and development frameworks



Extended Qualifications

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline

- Advanced experience designing and evaluating agentic AI user experiences

- Research background in cognitive systems or human-AI interaction

- Comprehensive understanding of responsible AI principles

- Expertise working with large language models, autonomous agents, or AI assistants

- Contributions to open-source projects or published research in related domains

- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technological concepts

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
