Do you want to be a key part of a team focused on expanding the reach of cloud computing across customers? As an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) intern you will work with a team of CSMs responsible for helping guide AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud.

You will guide the customer through the operational, educational and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey. In this highly visible, role you will incorporate program management, customer cloud journey acceleration, and customer value realization to ensure AWS teams work together effectively and efficiently to deliver outcomes for the customer.

Key job responsibilities

• Create solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services

• Interface with customer stakeholders, including developers, solutions architects, and team leads

• Drive effective feedback gathering from customers, distill and translate feedback into clear business and technical requirements for product and engineering teams



Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with a graduation conferral date between December 2025 and September 2026

• Experience in one or more technology domains, including but not limited to: Networking fundamentals, Databases (Relational and/or NoSQL), Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)



Extended Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to both large and small audiences

• Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution in a school project or while working for a company

• Experience with one or more of the following domains: Analytics, Security, Storage, DevOps, Application Development, or Machine Learning, Awareness of AWS or cloud computing,

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies

• Experience in program and project management fundamentals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42.50/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $88.94/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
