From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable, high-speed connectivity.Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced Creative Program Manager to own end-to-end creative production for both internal and external stakeholders. This role serves as the critical interface between internal partners and external agencies, while implementing AI-enhanced solutions to drive efficiency and scalability in creative operations.

Key job responsibilities
Creative Production Management
- Own end-to-end creative production lifecycle for Amazon Leo, managing both internal team workflows and external agency partnerships
- Serve as the primary interface between internal partners (PMM, Product Managers, Industrial Design) and external creative agencies
- Manage day-to-day agency relationships including briefings, project management, asset reviews, approvals, quality control, resourcing, timelines, and budgets
- Develop and own work back plans for creative development across campaigns and product launches
- Lead coordination between channels to ensure cohesive campaign creative execution
Creative Operations & Infrastructure
- Build and implement scalable creative operations mechanisms including: Design systems and brand guidelines, agency templates and creative briefs, file management and folder storage systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM) optimization
- Establish intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and workflow management systems
- Create and maintain creative production SLAs and quality standards
- Implement tracking mechanisms for project status, resource allocation, and budget management
AI Implementation & Innovation
- Identify and implement AI solutions to enhance creative production efficiency
- Develop AI-augmented workflows for creative operations, asset management, and production processes
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in creative production methodologies
- Leverage technology to eliminate complexity and drive scalability
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Negotiate and manage work backs across multiple stakeholders including marketing teams, PMMs, and product managers
- Define creative requirements across app and website in partnership with product, marketing, and UX teams
- Cultivate strong relationships across Amazon Leo organization and external agency partners
- Provide regular status updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage complex initiatives delivering vital solutions and process improvements
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with senior leadership to champion transformative creative strategies
- Lead cross-functional endeavors that drive process optimization and excellence
- Manage complex budgets and resource allocation with efficiency
- Identify crucial business metrics to measure program success and creative effectiveness
- Drive both tactical execution and strategic initiatives with limited guidance
A day in the life
As a Creative Program Manager at Amazon Leo, you'll orchestrate creative development across brand campaigns, product launches, major events like re:Invent and CES, PR communications, and internal initiatives including Amazon All-Hands meetings. You'll lead creative briefings with cross-functional teams—PMMs, Product, PR, Events—translating requirements into compelling creative direction for agency partners. Your day balances strategic agency management—reviewing concepts, providing decisive feedback, negotiating timelines across competing priorities—with building scalable creative operations infrastructure like design systems, intake processes, and templated workflows. You'll present production insights to senior leadership, championing process improvements that enable world-class brand experiences connecting communities worldwide.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- 6+ years of program/project management experience in creative operations, creative production, or related field, including experience managing external agency partnerships
Extended Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling creative operations infrastructure (design systems, intake processes, workflow automation) with demonstrated ability to implement innovative solutions that measurably improve efficiency- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems (e.g., Bynder, Canto, AEM Assets)
- Experience managing end-to-end creative production for product launches, brand campaigns, or major events
- Understanding of motion graphics, video production, CGI, and digital design workflows to establish production SLAs, develop work-back schedules, and manage end-to-end creative delivery timelines
- Working knowledge of Figma, Frame.io, Adobe Creative Suite for design collaboration and review
- Experience with Amazon Brand Portal for asset management, uploading, and brand guideline administration

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
