You'll be a critical legal strategist, providing comprehensive counsel that balances legal precision with business innovation. Your expertise will help navigate complex regulatory landscapes, protect user privacy, and enable rapid product development.
- Provide comprehensive legal support for device teams, addressing product development, privacy, and regulatory compliance
- Develop innovative legal strategies that balance risk management with business flexibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, public relations, and public policy to ensure legal compliance and strategic alignment
- Create robust legal processes that enable rapid product innovation and secure customer trust
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex legal and strategic issues

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent- 5+ years of legal experience
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in Advertising Law- Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent
- Knowledge of the ethical considerations surrounding AI in the legal context, such as confidentiality, accuracy, and bias prevention
- Experience counseling on consumer electronics, hardware products, or IoT devices
- Experience with product launches and go-to-market legal strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and public policy
- Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in fast-paced environments

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
