We are looking for a talented, tech-savvy legal professional to support the WW Customer Trust team. Our vision is for Amazon to be the most trustworthy place for customers to shop, as well as the best place for our selling partners and brands to grow their businesses.We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support all of WW Customer Trust's contracting needs, and drive programmatic projects across the WWCT Legal teams. In this role, you will interface directly with our business partners and legal team members to support a broad array of exciting initiatives, manage relationships with key external partners, solve problems for our customers, manage programs for regulatory compliance and pre-litigation disputes, and drive team-wide goals. You will also have the opportunity to develop scalable AI tools to simplify legal systems and processes and improve service for our internal customers.
This role requires both legal expertise, as well as a curiosity and willingness to develop and manage legal programs, such as regulatory compliance initiatives, pre-litigation disputes, and other proactive projects driven by the Legal team. This will require the candidate to possess strong program management skills, with a focus on leveraging technology advancements to invent on behalf of our customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Identifying business and legal stakeholder needs and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Developing holistic project plans including securing resources, scoping efforts, setting and reporting on project milestones, shepherding testing, and managing delivery;
- Applying process improvement methodologies and driving efficiencies; and
- Looking for opportunities to audit, improve system quality, and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal departmentExtended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Common sense, great judgment, and a good sense of humor

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $146,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
