Description
Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.Export Control Requirement:

The Contract Onboarding & Invoicing lead, is a key part of the Commercial Revenue Operations of Kuiper. They will build and run processes to ensure a smooth, efficient, and compliant transition of new and renewed B2B contracts from signing to recording. The role serves as a bridge between sales, sales operations, deal desk, legal, Field Operations, Customer Success, and Service Delivery teams, ensuring all contractual obligations are documented and executed. They will support a rapidly growing global team to operationalize custom pricing constructs constructs which could include global billing, evaluating and improving standard operating procedures, billing automation, and data integrity. The successful candidate will have experience leading complex Contract Operations, invoicing and/or experience with Contract to Cash Experience. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will have superb communication skills, and will be able to communicate analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy to understand way.
Key job responsibilities
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as First Time Right, Compliance Error Rate, Revenue Realization time post contract signing, and Cost Per Onboarding.
- Drive processes, procedures, and policies for B2B Contract Onboarding.
- Own and maintain a comprehensive contract database and documentation.
- Ensure the team meets Turnaround Time targets and all Sales/Sales Operations queries are answered within target timelines.
- Document and standardize onboarding procedures for different client segments and service types.
- Liaise with legal teams to build and own contract templates, revisions, and backup clauses.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline.- 5 + years of people management experience.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience in Order to Cash, billing, pricing, accounting, tax, finance, or a similar field.
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve processes with measurable results
Extended Qualifications
- MBA, or CPA- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to guide and influence leadership
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
- Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely analysis, solutions and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
- Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
