Description
We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our Worldwide Retail Growth and Development (WWGRD) team, responsible for overseeing construction projects from ground-up development through complete interior build-outs of industrial facilities. In this role, you will manage day-to-day construction project activities, coordinating all site operations and field personnel to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion. You will lead and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, general contractors, industry consultants, and internal stakeholders, while partnering with Accounting to establish project budgets, monitor expenditures, and process payments accurately. The ideal candidate will ensure all construction deliverables meet the highest quality standards, oversee site safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple industrial development and remodels with construction teams, coordinators, and Team Leaders.
- Direct all phases of construction project management, schedule and budget development, planning and design, FF&E procurement, and store move coordination.
- Act as support and point person for stores and coordinators through the construction process.
- Ensure contractual agreements and vendor working relationships are developed, negotiated, and maintained.
- Supervise and perform construction administration, including contract negotiation, change orders, project schedules, and project closeout documentation.
- Partner with store leadership to proactively communicate with customer base regarding store changes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction or project management experience- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Science/Management, Architecture OR 10+ years of experience.
Extended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field- Master's degree, or MS degree
- Ground-up experience including civil/site, CSA and MEPR.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
