We are hiring an experienced program manager to join the AWS Partner Network (APN) Technology Partner Programs team to manage and execute program initiatives that support APN Technology Partners to reach more customers with their software products.

In this role, you will help your team work backwards from the AWS sales organization to understand their needs as well as their customers’ needs, and help expand sales compensation programs to ensure the field sales organization is incentivized to effectively co-sell with APN ISV Partners. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple teams around the world including directly with APN Partners, Partner Management, APN Programs, AWS Sales leadership, AWS Sales operations and AWS Revenue operations to support partners in reaching more customers through industry leading partner programs.

Key job responsibilities

• Execute against established processes to provide operational support for programs that enable APN Partners with software products to reach more customers and align with the AWS sales organization

• Identify opportunities to improve established processes and internal tools.

• Own key projects; including driving automation of repeatable work and increasing overall team efficiency

• Design, track, and report on business metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and adoption to be reported to leadership

• Build and maintain successful partnerships with global teams, segment stakeholders and key business sponsors across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

• Work directly with external customers (e.g. APN ISV Partners)

Qualifications

- 1+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements



Extended Qualifications

- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $63,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $135,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
