Description

The AWS Certification team is looking for a world-class candidate to support the execution of our global go-to-market (GTM) strategy to accelerate AWS Certification adoption and penetration within AWS enterprise accounts, partners and global emerging markets.

The successful candidate must have experience in Technical Business Development, Go-to-Market Strategy, Program Management, and/or Product Marketing. They will have the ability to influence executive decision makers, drive consensus within cross-functional teams, and establish scalable GTM mechanisms that deliver business outcomes.

Key job responsibilities

Contribute to the global GTM strategy for AWS Certification that drives awareness, accelerates pipeline, and grows certification revenue with customers globally.

• Ensure organizational alignment and prioritization of GTM investments on highest impact activities while holding all cross-functional leaders accountable for their ongoing inputs and delivering results.

• Partner with marketing, business development, Amazon Partner Network, and other stakeholders to work backward from customer needs to craft offerings, messaging, and execute GTM plans that resonate with AWS Certification audiences

• Implement scalable, repeatable GTM campaigns designed to grow the AWS Certification business through the customer-facing AWS field (i.e. sales, solutions architects, specialists, industry stakeholders, etc).

• Build and engage an internal community of AWS Certification enthusiasts who can effectively articulate our message and evangelize for us with end customers

• Establish repeatable mechanisms to inform and empower field teams to convey the AWS Certification value message to customers, identify, qualify and progress opportunities, and drive toward customer business outcomes.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules



Extended Qualifications

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

- Experience driving cross functional programs and initiatives to drive product adoption

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
