Do you want to support Amazon’s mission to build the world’s safest, most efficient, and sustainable delivery network by helping our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) retain safe, satisfied, and engaged teams of drivers? We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager, DA Experience that works to support 2,500+ DSPs who employ 175,000+ Delivery Associates (DAs) operating Prime-branded vehicles on road, delivering tens of millions of packages per week through our Last Mile delivery network. Specifically, this candidate will be thinking big to develop 360-degree communication plans and campaigns, including written content, multi-media elements like infographics and video (in partnership with our production team and agencies), and helping promote all the ways that Amazon is investing in the driver experience. The work you do will help educate internal and external audiences of all the ways Amazon has created a safe, simple, and sustainable model for drivers who want to deliver Amazon packages. These cross-functional efforts will reach delivery partners, their teams, internal Amazon teams, and Amazon customers, alike.In this role, you will lead proactive marketing communication campaigns and execute proactive storytelling opportunities and seasonal campaigns to positively influence DA sentiment. You will thrive in ambiguity, developing new and innovative ways to reach DAs, improving existing driver-facing channels, as well as influencing and launching new ones. You will lead strategy and execution of the go-to-market and content strategies for each. It will be critical to work across cross-functional teams of leaders, partner organizations, and stakeholder to ensure that we are launching programs through robust communication, change management strategies, and year-long campaign efforts. The work you and your team do will have the potential to impact Amazon’s broader corporate reputation, requiring close partnership with Public Relations, Issues Management, Employee Relations, and Legal.
The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with strategic communications and/or marketing communications experience, business acumen, and excellent writing ability. Not only will you need to help strategize on plans, you’ll need to help program manage them from ideation to execution to keep things on track. You will be a thought leader who indexes high on emotional intelligence. You’ll have to be comfortable with testing, learning, and even failing forward. You will bring in fresh ideas to simplify and scale our driver communication and outreach processes. Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who isn’t afraid to innovate and propose disruptive ideas.
This role can be based in Nashville, TN or Seattle/Bellevue, WA.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
• Develop creative communication plans and campaigns to both solve business needs and instill passion and engagement among the DSP and DA community
• Push the team to think with a more marketing communication forward mindset, developing strategies that go beyond written communications
• Interview DAs, including focus groups and message testing, injecting voice of the customer qualitative and quantitative data into our channel and content strategies
• Use DAs as the heroes of the narrative, developing advocacy stories to promote the DSP program as an entrepreneurial opportunity of choice
• Partner with agencies and internal creative teams to develop compelling visual content
• Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders
• Look around corners to identify key moments in time around which to build campaigns that meet DAs where they are in their journey delivering on behalf of Amazon
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications and campaigns and report out on them to leaders
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 8+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience in non-internship roles
• Experience managing multi-media channel strategies, including video and audio
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing campaigns that engage large audiences
• Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to help others do the same
• Experience managing both internal and agency partners as part of a holistic go-to-market strategy
• Highly developed and polished written communication skills
• Experience working autonomously to develop and propose strategies for improvements
• Experience using customer listening mechanisms and data to both influence and measure campaign success
• Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple projects at once
• Attention to detail, particularly when it comes to proofing copy and content
• Experience in managing and working with agencies to execute multi-channel campaigns

The NA-DSP & DA Communications Team serves Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in the United States, Canada, and, next year, Mexico. DSP Owners own and operate delivery businesses and hire and develop a staff of Delivery Associates (DAs). In North America, we have 2,500+ DSPs who employ 175,000+ Delivery Associates, operate 75,000+ Prime-branded vehicles, and deliver tens of millions of packages per week through our Last Mile delivery network.
A day in the life
We write a lot and "are right a lot!” We respond to business needs and develop messaging for change announcements. We also interview DSPs and DAs to build compelling spotlight and advocacy stories. We own multiple channels by which we communicate to our DSP Owners, including the Communication Center, Email, and SMS. We communicate to DAs through the DA In-App News Feed, built within their Amazon Delivery App.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Extended Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
