Key job responsibilities

This new Business Operations Manager role will support the development and execution of centralized programs to support the streamlining and scaling of business operations for the Devices and AI Partnerships organization. In this role, you will need to take a globally consistent approach across a regionally diverse business, working closely with a broad set of external partners, product, engineering, business, operations and marketing teams. You will support the development of new programs/processes from scratch, as well as expanding/improving on existing mechanisms. It is a highly visible role and offers the opportunity to work with both Amazon internal teams and external partners. Key role responsibilities include:

Business Performance Mechanisms Management

- Support monthly/quarterly goal reviews

- Annual goal-setting coordination

- Document coordination and input

- Coordinate and attend org-wide off-sites

WW Partner Engagement Program Management

- Support the development and coordinate cross-org/functional partner engagement activities and events

- Map executive relationship management mechanisms and cadence

- Help coordinate industry events planning and execution

- Help organize and execute partner appreciation events

Headcount (HC) Management

- Execution of HC plans in internal tool

- Work with Finance to ensure accurate loading of HC plans and accurate HC reporting

- Perform internal audits to ensure approved plan is line with HC resource plans across the org

Project Management

- Provide inputs and support Device & AI Partnerships Organizational Priority Initiatives/Projects (ad-hoc)

- Global Asset Management Platform

- Internal CRM Tooling & Long-tail Partner Scaling

About the team

The 3rd Party Device Partnerships (3PDP) team manages the business, product, and technical relationships with device partners to distribute the Prime Video app to customers across the world. These devices include Smart TVs, Streaming Sticks, Games Consoles, Pay TV Operator Set-Top-Boxes and Mobile Devices. We (i) ensure the Prime Video app has broad and prominent distribution on these devices globally, (ii) manage marketing relationships with device partners to drive promotion for our top titles, and (iii) design and scale features to improve customer discovery and engagement, and deliver the best version of our app on each device.



Qualifications

- 3+ years of program or project management experience

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams



Extended Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
