Description
Amazon Shipping is looking for a results oriented, customer obsessed leader to improve business development efficiency. This role will provide significant business impact and leadership exposure through development and execution of key business development mechanisms aimed at optimizing revenue generation for the business. The scope of this role is WW in nature, supporting 5 countries where Amazon Shipping is currently live plus any future country launches. In this role, the Business Development Manager will partner closely with cross functional teams to identify areas of opportunity to optimize revenue, develop action plans and track toward implementation.Key job responsibilities
1. Develop, implement and scale rhythm of business mechanisms to optimize revenue generation for the business
2. Set the direction for and manage cross-functional programs related to business development processes and performance
3. Lead change management efforts related to improving business development efficiencies
4. Develop strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution against performance initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Extended Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools- Experience presenting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
