Description
Global Store (GS) under Amazon Cross-border (XB) Program enables customers around the world to shop on 18 Amazon's marketplaces and get their products delivered to them anywhere.We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Business Development Manager to develop and execute growth strategies to bring most relevant selection with best prices to our international customers. The Amazon Global Store Business Development Manager will work with Product, Tech, Supply Chain, and our sister program teams to identify the best sourcing strategies to deliver best price and delivery experience for cross-border customers. They will also work with destination teams, Amazon Retail, and selling partners to identify growth opportunities, mitigate challenges from the rapidly changing global trade environment, and accelerate the flywheel of destination marketplaces.
As you are the key Point of Contact across multiple stakeholder teams for Global Store, over indexing on Earns Trust, Dive Deep, Bias for Action and Ownership are important for success in this role. Additionally, you will need to flex your influencing and team building skills for this position. This person must be customer obsessed and have strong self-motivation and project management skills. This position will be key part of the Global Store expansion strategy and have global responsibility.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional or military experience- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience in e-commerce (sales or marketing)
- Bachelor's degree
Extended Qualifications
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
