Executive programs are complex, and we rely on deep analysis of both common and non-standard KPIs to understand and communicate business impact. We are looking for a highly analytical individual with experience at an enterprise level building reporting and automation on complex datasets. A successful candidate will have experience with marketing analysis; understand a variety of business measurement approaches; have a proven track record for diving deep to undercover trends in customer data; understand common third-party analytics platforms; and have interpersonal and project management skills to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

This role sits within the Global Executive Marketing Strategy, Planning, & Operations team. You will work closely with Program Managers and Campaign Operations Leads; global tooling and technology teams, and Business Operations to align reporting across the broader AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services Organization.

- Track and analyze key metrics like Marketing Sourced Pipeline, Annualized Revenue, and Opportunities.

- Identify opportunities to optimize queries and tools, and enhance existing marketing measurement to best measure marketing effectiveness.

- Collaborate with global measurement and business operations teams to ensure team solutions align with the greater marketing organization.

- Conduct deep dives to understand trends in customer engagement across the executive landscape.

- Prioritize changes to reporting, creation or collection of new metrics, presentation of data, and ongoing maintenance.
