Come build the future with us! Amazon Ads is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive data and automation projects to support the Product Marketing organization.

The Sr. Business Analyst is a critical role in helping the Product Marketing organization define and build new data infrastructure to better understand the impact that we deliver for our customers. This role will define requirements to align disparate data sets, build and manage ongoing reporting of Product Marketing analytics, provide user requirements to product and engineering teams to streamline data management (metadata, taxonomy), and work cross-functionally with Product Marketing stakeholders to build solutions that can minimize manual or redundant workflows. This role requires a mix of data expertise and a strong operational mindset.

Key job responsibilities

- Define and implement product marketing analytics requirements and data infrastructure needs

- Own Airtable workspace architecture to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable formats

- Drive development and maintenance of user-friendly reporting dashboards to support Product Marketing and GTM workstreams

- Lead metadata optimization projects to improve how information is stored and queried

- Drive AI-enabled automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency

- Establish and maintain data usage governance frameworks



Qualifications

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

- 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with Excel

- Experience with SQL

- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights

- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders



Extended Qualifications

- MBA

- Strong operational skills and proven ability to build and scale data infrastructure to power decision-making

- Tech skills: SQL, Python, Experience with working on Airtable, Tableau, Quicksight, and other dashboarding tools

- Problem solving, Data analysis, Data visualization, Statistical Analysis & Metric Design

- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
