Key job responsibilities
Develop Strategic Labor Planning Models: Create and enhance predictive workforce planning tools using advanced analytics platforms
Drive Operational Optimization: Design and implement data-driven strategies to maximize resource allocation and operational efficiency
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and HR to develop comprehensive workforce solutions
Implement Innovative Technologies: Leverage analytical tools to automate and improve labor scheduling processes
Generate Actionable Insights: Analyze complex data sets and communicate findings to leadership through comprehensive reports and presentations

Our team translates business signals, technological advancements, and operational needs into comprehensive planning frameworks that drive efficiency and support our operational teams' success.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Extended Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market.
