Selling Partner Services (SPS) team ensures Amazon's Selling Partners and Customers are able to transact in the safest way possible. We utilize vendors to add rigor and depth to our processes, and we're looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst in the Vendor Management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining solutions that drive operational efficiency and decision-making. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics and vendor management, helping to ensure the safety and integrity of our e-commerce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive development and maintenance of analytical solutions focused on vendor management efficiency
• Create and maintain automated reporting systems and dashboards
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement KPIs and process improvements
• Transform complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics
• Design and implement scalable, automated solutions using various technical tools
• Create clear, concise documentation and presentations for business and technical audiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Extended Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:- • MBA degree
- • Experience in building AI Agents
- • Expertise with AWS technologies, particularly Amazon Redshift
- • Strong project management and organizational skills
- • Experience with large-scale data analysis
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
