Description

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Leader to drive the data strategy and analytics capabilities for AWS Partner Marketing globally. This role combines deep technical expertise in data engineering with strategic business intelligence to support a $20B+ partner ecosystem and enable data-driven decision making across 300+ AWS leaders.

Key job responsibilities

Analytics Leadership & Strategy

* Own and evolve the Global Analytics Hub, serving 300+ AWS leaders including 200+ PMMs/vPMMs

* Drive measurement strategy for key business areas including Generative AI, Strategic Workloads, Marketplace, Public Sector, and Migration & Modernization initiatives

* Partner with GCIPM Operations to align lead flow results for executive reporting (WBR, QBR, OP1, OP2, goal setting)

* Represent Partner Marketing analytics in cross-functional initiatives and present at All Employee calls

* Lead monthly Everboarding sessions to enable 200+ PMMs/vPMMs on analytics capabilities

* Apply Generative AI and advanced analytics to help drive deeper business insights, productivity, and scale

Data Engineering

* Design and implement data integration solutions across multiple systems (SFDC, AMPS, APFP, ACE, JMP, etc)

* Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to process partner marketing data

* Integrate tools built in Smartsheet (e.g., Joint Marketing Plans) with enterprise systems

* Develop automated reporting solutions for major events (re:Invent, Summits)

* Ensure data quality and governance across all analytics solutions

* Automate manual data integration functions such as weekly manual attribution and partner coverage

Business Intelligence

* Create and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports

* Drive attribution modeling for critical strategic initiatives

* Analyze partner marketing performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and business insights

* Support $20B+ lead flow results measurement and optimization

* Enable data-driven decision making across Partner Marketing globally

Qualifications

- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field

- * 10+ years experience in analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles

- * Expert-level SQL skills and experience with major BI platforms

- * Strong experience with data pipeline development and ETL processes

- * Proven track record of building scalable analytics solutions

- * Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication



Extended Qualifications

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
