Qualifications
- 2+ years of legal experience- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Extended Qualifications
- Experience providing practical, crisp and actionable legal advice.- Experience creating and implementing contractual process improvements; prior experience managing and implementing programs/projects across multiple business teams.
- A strong track-record of working cross-functionally to root cause and promptly resolve complicated problems.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
