Description
Amazon’s Legal Department is looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Web Services (AWS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business at the forefront of the “cloud” computing and service industry.Amazon offers its attorneys the opportunity to develop their experience and career with one of the world’s most recognized and dynamic brands.
Key job responsibilities
This attorney will primarily support AWS' international expansion efforts, working cross-functionally with a number of internal teams to plan and execute international expansion strategies. This attorney will provide ongoing legal counsel for senior executives and other business team members.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent- 2+ years of legal experience
Extended Qualifications
- Experience in web services/cloud computing, software licensing, telecommunications or equivalent- Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent

The base pay for this position ranges from $118,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
