WWR&R includes business, product, program, operational, data, and software engineering teams, who together manage the lifecycle of returned and damaged products.As Associate Category Manager, you will manage and execute on all inventory routing rule configuration changes for returned and damaged units across ReCommerce channels. You will manage the team's trouble ticket queue, triaging requests to various business and tech verticals and resolving tickets from within SLA. You will also partner with Retail category teams to determine the correct rules and routing configurations to support initiatives to avoid inventory waste, improve asset recovery on returned items and support Retail initiated projects.
Key job responsibilities
Manage ReCommerce Trouble Ticket queue
Triage technical and business requests
Manage ReCommerce Routing Rules and execute on needed system configuration changes
Partner with Repair, Resale, Liquidation, Donations and Recycling teams to ensure product eligibility requirements are met within our routing rules
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree2+ years of relevant experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
2+ years working cross-functionally with business stakeholders
2+ years of relevant professional experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
2+ years of relevant experience with Excel including use of lookups and pivot tables

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $103,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
