Key job responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated machine learning solutions for video analysis and content moderation at scale
- Design and implement advanced algorithms to extract valuable insights from large video datasets, improving search functionality and content discovery

- Build automated, efficient, and scalable processes for comprehensive data analysis, model development, validation, and deployment

Qualifications
- PhD, or Master's degree and 3+ years of applied research experience- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
Extended Qualifications
- Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- Experience with building Computer Vision models for business applications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
