The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are seeking an exceptionally talented, dependable, customer-obsessed, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Fulfillment by Amazon Product & Tech in either Bellevue or Seattle, WA.This is a great opportunity to join a stellar administrative team, with a variety of responsibilities for you to grow and further your professional career. The role requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, and self-motivation.
Must have the ability to communicate well, manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously, and maintain professionalism in dealing with managers and executives.
Key job responsibilities
• Back up of calendar and scheduling requirements for the VP.
• Coordinate travel and create detailed itineraries.
• Complete and file expense reports.
• Supporting logistics and planning for leadership meetings and ownership in managing team morale events.
• Tracking and helping drive completion of deliverables and following up on outstanding items.
• Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Are 21 years of age or older
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience managing events/meetings in a global company
Extended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Can manage a high volume of requests and competing deadlines
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High level of integrity and discretion

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
