Description
Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Industry Marketing Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers for some of our largest, most complex customers. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives.The Account-Based Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end execution of account-specific ABM programs, working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, events, and executive programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
• Design and execute account-specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) that align with global frameworks and drive measurable business impact
• Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to understand account priorities and translate them into effective marketing programs
• Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
• Create and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) that deliver personalized customer experiences
• Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure ABM programs complement broader field marketing efforts
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
• Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
• Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
• Collaborate with global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices

Qualifications
- 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Extended Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
