The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services. Customers include very large Enterprises (e.g. Dow Jones, NASDAQ, and Nokia); Public Sector companies (e.g. NASA JPL) as well as fast growing businesses and internet companies (e.g. Slack). The AWS Support organization is global with 17 locations around the world. Unlike most support organizations, AWS Support is a self-standing business with revenue and P and L responsibility and one of the fastest growing businesses within AWS. AWS Support is redefining the IT and Enterprise Support industry with breakthrough products like Trusted Advisor and Personal Health Dashboard. To create the best experience for all AWS customers, we are an opt-in service with our own P and L and have to earn our business every month

· 10+ years of experience in project management and leading large cross-functional teams in business operations and process improvement areas · 10+ years of experience in working in Customer Success or Technical Support in a B2B environment · 10+ years working with Field organizations · BS/BA degree · Curiosity to dig several layers deep into metrics, have an innate desire to understand key drivers and whether they are the correct or best metrics to measure/manage a business or process · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Experience managing people · Extremely strong
