This role plays a critical role in supporting the Commercial Sales review rhythm in the Field and at Corp. The manager must be able to demonstrate strong depth and breadth across Microsoft's business, bring strategic insights and value, have proven abilities in business execution and operational excellence. The incumbent must be able to work across the sales, marketing, partner and services disciplines, in all Segments, Solution Areas and field, in conjunction with our Rhythm of Connections team. Key responsibilities include: Work with RoC (Rhythm of Connection) Content and Readiness lead to identify and source QBC, VSU and Segment views and data points to support GSMO Leader Rhythms Foster relationships across BG, Solution Area, Segment, Finance and field teams to land comprehensive review decks Manage quarterly Corp to Area QBC, VSU and Segment deck production across our 14 Area field communities Design deck production tool feature-set, roadmap and user experience, in conjunction with our Sales Process and Solutions team leads
Qualifications: Qualifications include college degree (MBA/Masters preferred) Experience in field excellence, planning, business reviews and an understanding of business financials and business operations within field sales or marketing environments Experience working with engineering and production teams and managing technical content Demonstrated track record of working in cross-team collaborative environments Ability to work effectively in high pressure/fast paced environments while communicating clearly and directly with stakeholders at all levels.
