The Physical Stores recruiting team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our newly formed central Recruiting Operations team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and supporting mechanisms to enable the Physical Stores recruiting organization to deliver on its commitments to deliver both corporate and field hires allowing the business to grow at a rapid pace while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. In addition, there is a requirement to develop and implement plans to achieve breakthroughs in organizational productivity to improve efficiency and avoid the function scaling in size at the same pace as the business. Underpinning this is the need to maintain and improve the processes and controls to keep us compliant with external legislation and internal policies. Within the scope is ownership of the operating rhythm of the recruit organization that comprises running the OP1 process, goal and metric development, and monthly/quarterly inspection

· MBA or comparable advanced degree plus minimum 10 years industry, or a combination of military or industry experience with increasing responsibility · Domain experience in Human Resources, and Recruiting in particular. · Experience developing and implementing standardized processes and procedures across geographically distributed teams to improve efficiency · Systems background leveraging technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies, including change management at the enterprise/corporate level · Track record managing multiple projects with a broad slate of stakeholders · People management
