The Learning and Development team supporting WW Business Development, Advertising and Entertainment (BDAE) is seeking a Sr. Learning Program Manager with the ability to develop and deliver large-scale learning experiences to Amazonians in our unique and exciting business line. Who You Are: You are a seasoned learning program manager with strong experience in the L and D space. You’ve run large scale programs that require tremendous attention to detail, the management of several moving parts, and a bit of cat herding when required. You’ve also designed and implemented learning experiences. You have a background in L and D, adult learning theories, and/or instructional design. You can lead needs analysis activities, set program strategy and direction, work with other instructional designers and subject matter experts to design new or modify existing content, manage external vendor relationships, handle system administration and course logistics, and provide course evaluation and measurement

· At least 8 years of relevant experience in learning program management. · Experience developing and driving large scale learning programs across multiple geographies. · Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices; demonstrated experience applying this knowledge. · Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results. · Experience collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, front-line managers and frontline employees. · Demonstrated proficiency in assessing training
