The central Candidate Experience and Recruiting Operations (CxRO) is looking for a detail-oriented, project and senior program manager to help scale our recruiting shared services program services. Currently this role leads the management of approved 3P sourcing and job posting solutions used by global recruiting teams with additional support from our shared services team in India. One of the key strategic challenges for this role is leading the renewal of products that continue to help recruiting team’s source prospective candidate by negotiating annual pricing, executing contracts in partnership with legal, information security and managing the purchasing process with Amazon’s approved service provider. Once the solutions are purchased by teams, the program manager will act as a consultant and liaise with POCs on the recruiting teams to drive adoption, maximize usage and provide reporting on key metrics. · Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline such as Business, Mathematics or Human Resources · Advanced PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools · 5-10 years of program management experience in a global, cross-functional environment · 3-5 years in a recruiting operations role · 3+ years of vendor management experience · Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree) · Additional PC skills like SharePoint and other internal systems (such as company intranet, wikis, financial software, etc.) · 5+ years of dedicated recruiting experience, focused
